Mr. Öztop was born in Şanlıurfa in 1969. He received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Middle East Technical University, in 1991, and later received his master’s degree in Business Administration from Bilkent University. ÖZTOP worked as a senior executive invsetment banker in Türkiye Sınai Kalkınma Bankası A.Ş. (TSKB), in Körfezbank A.Ş. and in Garanti Yatırım Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. Mr. Öztop was appointed as “CEO and Board Member” at Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye in August 2018. In addition, Mr. Öztop is also Member of the Executive Committee of Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Türkiye (KOSGEB) and Board Member of TII (Turkish Investment Initiative). Mr. Öztop, was served as the Board Member of The Banks Association of Türkiye between June 2020 and June 2022. He was assigned as the Chairman of the Board of TCMA in October 2021 and serving as the Deputy Chairman of Board of Directors of Central Securities Depository (CSD) of Türkiye since February 2021.
Satı Balcı received a B.A. degree from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Political Sciences of the Ankara University in 1988. Balcı started her professional career at Yapı Kredi Bank in 1988. She was assigned the post of Assistant Expert in the year 1988 and served as an Expert in the project assessment, loan allocation, loan monitoring units of the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye between 1993 and 1998; as Senior Expert between 1998 and 2006; as Manager between 2006 and 2011, and as Head of Department between 2011 and 2017. Balcı also worked as Member of the Board in the Bank’s affiliates Yozgat Hotel Management Inc., Arıcak Inc., and T.H. Kalkınma Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. (Development Investment Securities). Satı Balcı assumed the post of Deputy General Manager of the Bank in November 2017 and is in charge of Operation and Financial Affairs Units.
She received her B.S in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Middle East Technical University, in 1991, and later received her MBA from Bilkent University and M.Sc. Finance from University of Strathclyde and Ph.D. in Finance from Boğaziçi University. Dr. Altuğ started her career as a Project Engineer at Aselsan in Radar Project Office and then worked as a Corporate Finance Associate at Yatırımbank between 1994-1996, and as a Corporate Finance and Research Director at Interbank / Inter Invest between 1996-2000, and as a Corporate Finance Director at Ata Invest between 2000-2002, and as a CFA Lecturer and Consultant at Becker Conviser (Devry Inc) Istanbul Office between 2002-2004. She acted as Head of Asset Management (Equity & Balanced Funds) and Research Department between 2004-2012 and the Head of Portfolio Advisory between 2013-2020 at Koç / Yapı Kredi Asset Managemnet. She also served as Deputy CEO at Gri Asset Management between 2021-2022. She provided financial consultancy and training services to individuals and institutions at ALTUĞ Advisory and gave Corporate Finance lectures at Istanbul Bilgi University’s Executive MBA program between 2020-2022. Dr. Altuğ has been CFA titleholder since 2001 and a member of Board of Directors at CFA Society Istanbul, which she has previously assumed and continued intermittently. She has been working at Türkiye Development Fund as CEO and Board Member since June 2022.
Seçil Kızılkaya Yıldız received her B.A. degree from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of the Boğaziçi University in 1998. Seçil Kızılkaya Yıldız started her professional career at the Industrial and Development Bank of Türkiye in 1998, and served as Corporate Finance Deputy Manager at Oyak Investment Securities between 2006 and 2007, and as Senior Credit Analyst at the Istanbul Office of the Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank AG in 2007-2008. Seçil Kızılkaya Yıldız worked as Capital Markets Director at UniCredit Securities between 2008 and 2012, and served as Structured Finance Group Manager at ING Bank. between 2012 and 2014. Seçil Kızılkaya Yıldız served as Corporate Finance Consultant between 2014 and 2016, and assumed the role of Founder, Managing Partner of FSM Advisory Consulting Partnership between 2016 and 2017. She assumed the post of Deputy General Manager at Kuzu Mass Housing and Construction in 2017-2019, and assumed the post of Deputy General Manager at the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye in charge of Investment Banking and Project Assessment in March 2019.
Yeşim Şimşek received a B.A. degree from Ankara University Faculty of Communication in 1986. Yeşim Şimşek started her professional career at Yapı Kredi Bank in the same year. After working at Koçbank between 1993 and 1995, she worked as Branch Manager at Bank Ekspres and Garanti Bank until 2004. She served as Regional Manager at Garanti Bank between 2004 and 2013, as Commercial Banking Marketing Coordinator between 2013 and 2018, and as Assistant General Manager of Corporate & Commercial Banking and Project Finance at Alternatifbank between 2018 and 2022. Yeşim ŞİMŞEK has been serving as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Corporate Banking and Project Finance at the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye since June 2022.
