As of 13.06.2022 Mrs.Elif ALTUĞ was appointed as the General Manager of Kalkınma Girişim Sermayesi Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. As per the legal procedure stated in the 5th paragraph of the 20th article of the “Principles Regarding the Managers and Personnel of Portfolio Management Companies” in the Fourth Section of the Communique on Portfolio Management Companies and the Principles Regarding the Activities of these Companies (III 55.1) published by the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye, Mrs.Elif ALTUĞ could start her duty as the General Manager as of 18.07.2022.

With the decision of the board of directors dated March 23, 2022 and no. 2022/53-01 the issued capital of Development Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc. was raised in cash by 1,000,000,00 TRY per each share over 1 TRY and therefore increased from 3,000,000,000 TRY to 4,000,000,00 TRY within the registered capital ceiling of the company (9,000,000,00 TRY). Our request for capital raise was considered affirmative under the letter of the Capital Markets Board dated June 13, 2022 and no. E-12233903-350.05.01-22708.

General Manager and Member of the Board of Directors, Seçkin YELMEN, resigned from his position on 25.03.2022.

With the decision of the board of directors dated May 28, 2021 and no. 2021/20-01 the issued capital of Development Venture Capital Portfolio Management Inc. was raised in cash by 1,200,000,00 TRY per each share over 1 TRY and therefore increased from 1,800,000,000 TRY to 3,000,000,00 TRY within the registered capital ceiling of the company (9,000,000,00 TRY). Our request for capital raise was considered affirmative under the letter of the Capital Markets Board dated June 16, 2021 and no. E-12233903-350.05.01-7426.
