About |
- The Regional Development Fund becomes a minority shareholder by investing capital in regional SMEs which have high export or import substitution potential, operating in priority or critical sectors. - The expansion of SMEs is helped by the fund's experienced team through growth capital, which acts as a bridge between venture capital and private capital. - Companies that work with the right business model but lack the capital to grow and/or need balance sheet rehabilitation are targeted. Strengthening corporate governance, increasing transparency, strategic planning, effective financial structuring & improving business processes and increasing operational efficiency stand out as the added value that the Regional Development Fund will provide to companies. - Two direct investments have been made within the scope of the fund.
